Group therapy offers a powerful way for clients to have a shared therapeutic experience to address common struggles. Clients can support each other and offer powerful feedback as they work together on their journey of growth and healing. Each group is led by at least one therapist. Our groups meet weekly for 1.5 hour sessions.
