INDIVIDUAL

We provide a safe, supportive space for individuals to gain insight into current struggles, relationships, and challenges. Some clients come in for short-term work to address a particular issue, and other clients seek therapy to address more pervasive patterns and struggles. We meet each client where they are in their journey and develop a treatment plan to pave the way for hope and healing.

TWEENS & TEENS

Adolescence can be an exciting and challenging time for our clients. We have an absolute passion for connecting with tweens and teens and helping them navigate the developmental milestones they are facing. These clients often struggle with peer relationships, academic pressures, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and emotional regulation. We work with these young clients to find their voices, identify their values, and build resiliency to advocate for themselves and achieve their goals. We are committed to being a safe place for these clients to gain support and develop the skills they need to build strong relationships and reach their full potential.

COUPLES COUNSELING

Relationships can be tough. Really Tough. We work with our couples to build connections and find a path for healing even the deepest of wounds. Our therapists work with couples to navigate parenting struggles, infidelity, conflict, intimacy, addictive behavior, and grief. We work to build empathy, grace, and strength in our clients so they can gain a deeper understanding and enjoyment in their relationship. Whether our clients are dating, engaged, separated, or married, we equip each couple with the skills to work together as a team and rekindle the feelings of love and connection that brought them together.

FAMILY

Family Relationships play a key role in how we see ourselves and how we experience the world. Our treatment team believes that healing family relationships can be the birthplace of peace and restoration. We work with parent/child relationships, adult family relationships, siblings, and blended families. In addition, we work with family members together to guide and support them as they navigate painful transitions brought on by addiction, divorce, loss, trauma, and mental illness. As family therapists, we believe that treating the family system has a powerful influence on each individual and enhances the lives of future generations to come.

DISCERNMENT COUNSELING

As a couple, are you trying to figure out if your marriage is salvageable? Is one spouse hoping to save the relationship and the other spouse leaning towards divorce? Discernment Counseling is a great option for “mixed agenda” couples. Because divorce is generally a permanent solution to problems in a marriage, it is a decision that needs to be made with care and intention. The goal of discernment counseling is to gain greater clarity and confidence in the decision-making about the future of a marriage based on a deeper understanding of what’s happened to the marriage. Discernment counseling is NOT marriage counseling. It is a structured process that helps the couple inventory their relationship and determine the next step. Couples will focus on three possible paths: continuing the relationship as it is, moving towards divorce/separation, or a 6-month reconciliation period with an all-out effort in therapy by both parties to salvage the marriage.

Discernment counseling is a short-term approach (1-5 sessions), preferably weekly. The first session is two hours, and each follow-up session is 90 minutes, and the couple only commits to one session at a time.

GROUP COUNSELING

Group therapy offers a powerful way for clients to have a shared therapeutic experience to address everyday struggles. Clients can support each other and provide powerful feedback as they work together on their journey of growth and healing. A trained therapist leads each group. Groups meet weekly for 90-minute sessions.

PARENT CONSULTATION

Parenting is a challenge no matter what season of life you are in. Parents often feel overwhelmed and completely lost in how to support their children through difficult trials. Whether you need help in supporting your child through difficult family struggles or need guidance in addressing your teen’s acting-out behaviors, we partner with you to give your children the love, support, and guidance they need. Our clients often come to us to learn ways to support their children through divorce, chronic illness, anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, and addictive behaviors.
