Haley Webster

Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate working under the supervision of Jill Gilbert

Haley is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate and works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families.  Her clinical style is warm and collaborative and is shaped by a love of connection and creativity.  Haley is deeply committed to helping clients navigate some of life’s most challenging and transformative moments.  She integrates solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and systemic approaches to help clients shift patterns that no longer serve them and embark on a path of healing and growth.

Haley has a deep passion for working with families navigating chronic illness and grief.   She has a special interest in working with cancer patients, caregivers, and loved ones- offering a safe space to process the emotional and relational impact of the illness.  Whether coping with a new diagnosis, supporting a partner through treatment, or grieving a loss, Haley meets each client and family where they are to find strength, peace, and healing.

Haley supports individuals, couples, and families as they face various life transitions.  Whether it is navigating divorce, illness, grief, trauma, or another life change, Haley walks alongside her clients to overcome the anxiety of uncertainty and embark on a path of empowerment and joy. In addition, Haley has a passion for supporting parents through every stage of the lifespan.  Whether her clients are parenting solo, coparenting after a separation, or building a blended family, Haley understands the complexities of raising children while managing the emotional terrain of divorce or major life transitions. Her warm and practical approach helps parents find common sense strategies and guidance for managing emotion, anxiety, grief, and behavior challenges within the family.

Before becoming a counselor, Haley spent several years as an elementary school teacher and then shifted gears and launched a photography business, turning a lifelong hobby into a successful career that deepened her appreciation for people’s stories and the moments that define them.  Haley holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Disciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University. Haley is working on her postgraduate licensure and practices under the supervision of Jill Gilbert, LPC-S (License #18910).  Outside of her work, Haley is a mom to two boys and is a big fan of dogs, baking, and baseball. She enjoys reading, traveling, and recently picked up surfing—mostly as an excuse to spend more time near the ocean (and in a hammock).
